Everyone needs a break . . . we know that job satisfaction hinges on a reasonable work/life balance. Our liberal bank of time allows employees to manage their time away from work. For most employees, during their first full year with the Company, an average of 15 days is added to a bank of time away from work.

Service Recognition
The Company values its employees’ years of experience and dedication and in return, employees are awarded an extra day of time off every year starting with the fifth year of service and thereafter.

Award Yourself a Gift
Not only do years of dedication earn an extra day off, employees also are able to select a gift of their choice from our on-line service anniversary catalog every five years!

Holiday Pay
Holidays are a time to enjoy with family and friends. The Company provides a generous holiday schedule with ten paid holidays in 2008.

Flex Time
Flexibility is the key to success. Sometimes, the pressures of daily life makes it hard to “fit it all in”. Therefore, the Company offers flex time schedules for numerous positions, allowing employees to start their day earlier or later than normal office hours.

Company Car
For those positions where travel is essential, the Company provides the car, insurance, maintenance, and gas. The Company car can be driven by spouses, as well.
