and Dental Benefits
The Company offers a variety of medical/dental plans and options.
Choices include an HMO and two consumer driven health plans with
Health Reimbursement Accounts whereby the Company pays for a pre-determined
amount of the deductible. In Florida, New Jersey, Oregon, Georgia,
Texas and California, employees are offered a dental HMO which is
totally funded by the Company.
Healthy Awards Incentive
Program
Provides an opportunity to earn money towards your out-of-pocket
medical plan expenses while at the same time giving you the means
by which to educate yourself on living a healthy lifestyle.
Vision Plan
Employees can enroll in a nationwide eye care program that
offers substantial savings on all eye care and eyewear needs.
Short-Term Disability
For life’s unexpected speed bumps, the Company provides
a short-term disability benefit that bridges 40% of weekly earnings
during a qualified disability. Employees can choose to enhance this
benefit with two very reasonably priced buy-up options.
Long-Term Disability
Through this program, employees are eligible to receive income
protection in the event of illness or non-work related injury that
prohibits them from working for six months or longer. This benefit
is totally paid for by the Company.
Group Life Insurance
Our employees take comfort in knowing that their families
are protected thanks to our group life insurance program. Optional
Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance policies are also
available. The Company provides a base level of $50,000 term life
insurance and numerous buy-up options are available for employees
and their spouse/dependents.
Medical Plan Opt Out Credit
Some employees elect not to take Medical Plan Benefits through
the Company. At times, employees elect to secure medical coverage
through a spouse’s plan or alternative plan. When this occurs,
the Company will provide the employee with a $500.00 Medical Plan
Opt Out Credit if the employees does not take our medical plan for
an entire year.
