LUA University
LUA University offers a wide variety of class options as well as different delivery styles. We offer classes through computer based training, webinar, instructor led, and podcasting. A few of the many topics include, Interpersonal Management Skills, Motivation, Leadership and Communication, and Strategic Team Development.

In-House Learning Center
The LUA University In House Learning Library offers all employees the opportunity to better themselves through education and reading. The library offers books, audio cd’s and DVD's to help you learn a variety of topics. A few of the areas we offer materials in are: Leadership, Customer Service, Communication, Motivation, Learning Spanish and French, as well as computer and insurance classes. The materials can be checked out through the Home Office and are available for all employees.

Podcasting
LUA University is proud to offer our employees the ability to learn on the go. We are excited offer all of our employees the ability to listen and download training materials to the pc’s or even an IPod/MP3 player.
These podcasts are short in length but are powerful with information. Current topics include:
Motivation, What Drives Me?, Leadership, How to Become a Better Trainer, and Strategic Team Development. We also offer a monthly audio book review off the best seller list.

Computer Based Training
LUA University offers many self directed, computer based training courses. These courses can be viewed at your desk or if you wish you can access them from home.
Topics include: The Interview Process, Intro to Microsoft Outlook, Intro to Network Drives, Personnel Requisition Form, and other employment law topics.

Tuition and Fee Reimbursement
In addition to numerous internal instructor led classes, the Company will pay for continuing insurance education classes and job specific courses approved by management.
