Use of this site, the Bluezone software, and access to the claims server is restricted. Only expressly authorized persons may use these services. Unauthorized access attempts will be investigated and prosecuted in accordance with U.S. laws.

If you haven't already done so, click the Learn More button and read through that material to learn how to set up and use Blue Zone client software that will be downloaded to your workstation.

Note to returning users...

It is no longer necessary to authenticate at the firewall, thus this step has been removed from this page.

To start the Blue Zone client software, click the Start button. When the client starts, you can sign on to the server using the instructions provided by the LUA Claims Department.

If your session does not start, click here to reload the Blue Zone client software. The configuration will revert to the defaults.
