Everyone needs a break . . . we know that job satisfaction hinges on a
reasonable work/life balance. Our liberal vacation policy allows employees to

Service Recognition
TThe Company values its employees’ years of experience and dedication and in
return, employees are awarded an extra day of time off every year starting with
the fifth year of service and thereafter.
Holiday Pay
Holidays are a time to enjoy with family and friends. The Company provides a
published Holiday Schedule each year compliant with Provincial laws. There are
usually 10 scheduled paid holidays.
Flex Time
Flexibility is the key to success. Sometimes, the pressures of daily life makes
it hard to “fit it all inâ€. Therefore, the Company offers flex time schedules
for numerous positions, allowing employees to start their day earlier or later
than normal office hours. surance, maintenance, and gas. The Company car can be driven
by spouses, as well.
