The Company allows employees to manage their time away from work while continually adding to a liberal paid time off bank. Additional features include rollover provisions into an Extended Illness Bank to protect employees' income when they have a qualified serious illness or injury that prevents them from working.

Flextime
The Company offers flextime schedules for numerous positions, allowing employees to start their day earlier or later than normal office hours.
